I graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Community Nutrition at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, where I'm presently at the top of my class. After I graduate as a registered dietitian, I plan to continue my education, eventually obtaining my Ph.D. and becoming a food policy and nutrition professor. I'm a patient person who understands that learning new material is difficult for some students. Therefore, I strive to offer multiple ways of learning for all of the students that I teach. As a graduate with a nutrition and dietetics degree, I have an extensive knowledge base. While I tutor students in a wide range of subjects, including nutrition, marketing, business, public health, physiology, and anatomy, my strongest subjects are science and math. I offer tutoring services to students taking elementary and middle school math, pre-algebra, algebra, arithmetic, biology, and chemistry. Additionally, I work hard to help all of my students improve their organization and study skills. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, especially hiking, as well as working out. I also like to cook, bake, and read.
